Rudy Brings The Fire: Giuliani Responds To $1.3 Billion Dominion Lawsuit And It’s Epic
(Tea Party 247) â This week, Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani was hit with a massive lawsuit by the now-notorious Dominion Voting Systems to the tune of $1.3 billion.
This came after the company also launched suit against attorney Sidney Powell, a staunch Trump ally who fought fiercely for election integrity and levied some very bold claims against the voting software and machine firm earlier this month.
The lawsuit against Giuliani, the former New York City mayor, states:
âDuring a court hearing contesting the results of the 2020 election in Pennsylvania, Rudy Giuliani admitted that the Trump Campaign âdoesnât plead fraudâ and that âthis is not a fraud case.â Although he was unwilling to make false election fraud claims about Dominion and its voting machines in a court of law because he knew those allegations are false, he and his allies manufactured and disseminated the âBig Lie,â which foreseeably went viral and deceived millions of people into believing that Dominion had stolen their votes and fixed the election.â
âGiuliani reportedly demanded $20,000 per day for that Big Lie. But he also cashed in by hosting a podcast where he exploited election falsehoods to market gold coins, supplements, cigars, and protection from âcyberthieves.â Even after the United States Capitol had been stormed by rioters who had been deceived by Giuliani and his allies, Giuliani shirked responsibility for the consequences of his words and repeated the Big Lie again,â the filing read, according to BizPac Review.

Others named in the suit include Sidney Powell, Russell Ramsland, L. Lin Wood, Mike Lindell, Patrick Byrne, Lou Dobbs, Fox News, Fox Business, and Newsmax.
Giuliani responded quicklyâand it was epic, as he pointed out that this will allow him to investigate the firm he has accused of coordinating election fraud on a much deeper level.
Giuliani responds and says this lawsuit "will allow me to investigate their history, finances, and practices fully and completely. The amount being asked for is, quite obviously, intended to frighten people of faint heart. It is another act of intimidationâ¦"

"â¦by the hate-filled left-wing to wipe out and censor the exercise of free speech, as well as the ability of lawyers to defend their clients vigorously. As such, we will investigate a countersuit against them for violating these Constitutional rights."

That is a very good point, Mr. Mayor.
