Capitol Hill Staffers Spill the Beans: Pelosi is Out

Democrats have a chokehold on the White House, Senate, and the House of Representatives, but one person, in particular, is a key player in that equation, and according to buzz on the hill, she’s likely on her way out.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been working in politics longer than the majority of White House aides have been alive (well, probably, I don’t have the statics in front of me, but at this point, the woman bears a striking resemblance to Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove). But none of that makes her immune to the fickle nature of a Democratic system.

In the House of Representatives Pelosi retains her gavel and her prestigious third in line to the presidency slot, through the pleasure of the majority of votes in the House. Technically that doesn’t have the be part of the majority party, but then again technically it doesn’t even have to be an elected representative (as we all learned when Trump was floated for the job), but it just typically is both of those things.

So, it’s with great pleasure that we can report to you that according to The Conservative Brief 2 out of every 3 staffers reportedly believe that the Democrats will lose their majority in 2022 and the speakership will once again be up for grabs, and hopefully, out of Yzm … (cough), I mean Pelosi’s wrinkled hands.

“Punchbowl News surveyed several senior Capitol Hill aides and reported that a whopping 73 percent think Republicans will take the speaker’s gavel from Democrat Rep. Nancy Pelosi next November,” Conservative Brief reported.

The last election was a close call, and the upcoming one might be even closer. Republicans need only have a net gain of five seats in the House to win back their majority and according to a report by Breitbart News, that might not be the only good news.

The same poll showed that Republicans have a very key element working for them: they’re breaking fundraising records left and right (pun intended). According to the publication, Republicans have broken records for the third month in a row and have around e $42.1 million in cash on hand with zero dollars in debt.

May saw the GOP raise over $14 million for their next election efforts and that was the third month to bring in a haul that set a new standard for fundraising. The NRCC ended May with its whopping $42 million in cash, which is more than double the amount it had at this point in the last election cycle.

“Americans are ready to do whatever is necessary to stop Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats’ socialist agenda. May’s record-breaking fundraising numbers are just the latest indication that House Republicans are primed to retake the majority,” NRCC Chairman Rep. Tom Emmer of Minnesota said.

By way of comparison, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee reported having $32 million cash on hand with no debt at the beginning of May. And, to make matters worse for our Madam Speaker, historically Democrats lose on average 25 seats in the House during the midterm elections for their four-year term.

Additionally, the 2020 census is expected to redistrict in favor of Republicans, versus Democrats as many feared and conservative scholars and commentators all over are predicting a firm spanking for Democrats in 2022.

Former Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy predicted that Republicans are going to win back control of the House next November.

Again, what does all this mean for Pelosi? It means that the power trip of the placating Democrat bent on taking this country to the left as fast as she can, could finally be put to an end. Republicans are fed up, and they’re ready to go to the polls to show it. If they’re successful in putting enough Republicans rears in seats in Congress, Republicans will assuredly pick someone much better to bang that gavel will once again see someone with conviction

“It’s brilliant, brilliant, brilliant, I tell you! Genius, I say!”
