The New York Times is finding out the hard way that they cannot just publish content without having to answer for what was said and the agenda behind the publication. President Trump has called them out and filed a libel lawsuit against the biased news agency.
President Trump claims that the publication was intended to “improperly influence the presidential election in November 2020.” The New York Times has joined up with the Democrats to influence an election in their favor.
President Trump is now fighting back since the impeachment witch hunt is over. There are no more wormy Democrats trying to keep him from going after their friends. President Trump promised that “There will be more coming. There will be more coming.”
Referring to lawsuits and other proof of the crimes the Democrats have been engaged with. His lawsuit is seeking millions of dollars in damages for the smearing that the Times has done against the president.
President Trump is done playing games with the vicious Democrats and the menacing media. They have declared war on him and the American way of life. Jenna Ellis is the senior campaign legal advisor, and she stated that “Today the President’s re-election campaign filed suit against the New York Times for falsely stating the campaign had an ‘overarching deal’ with ‘Vladimir Putin’s oligarchy’ to ‘help the campaign against Hillary Clinton’ in exchange for ‘a new pro-Russian foreign policy, starting with relief from … economic sanctions.”
Everything that was said by the New York Times was fake. Nothing about could be verified by the source. They have crossed the line of reporting the news to demean a person’s character. There is nothing good about what the evil Times have done. They have joined up with people that hate the country and want to see it destroyed.
The Times, of course, is hiding behind what they see is their right to say whatever they want to about the president. They stated that “The Trump Campaign has turned to the courts to try to punish an opinion writer for having an opinion they find unacceptable.
Fortunately, the law protects the right of Americans to express their judgments and conclusions, especially about events of public importance. We look forward to vindicating that right in this case.” They actually believe they have the right to push opinions on people and decimate others in print. But the minute it happens to one of them they scream and march to the courts.
The burden of proof will fall into the president’s court. He has to prove that the New York Times lied in their reporting. He has to prove that what the Times did was done with the knowledge that their information was fake.
The New York Times is claiming that everything that they said was a matter of opinion. But even then their opinions cannot defame anyone or smear their public image without consequences.
The one-sided attack of the Times is obvious. The news agency has not supported one Republican president for the past 60 years. The Times published the following as they attempted to smear the president “there was no need for detailed electoral collusion between the Trump campaign and Vladimir Putin’s oligarchy because they had an overarching deal: the quid of help in the campaign against Hillary Clinton for the quo of a new pro-Russian foreign policy, starting with relief from the Obama administration’s burdensome economic sanctions. The Trumpites knew about the quid and held out the prospect of the quo.” This clearly shows that there is malicious intent behind their motives.
The President is maintaining that the New York Times published its story knowing that it was full of lies. The intent was to smear his image before the Mueller report was released. They wanted to paint a picture that would completely incriminate the president in the eyes of the people. Except it backfires in their faces.
The Mueller report declared the president was innocent of the charges that the Democrats drummed up to incriminate him with. The president is waging new warfare against the hateful media. He is successfully taking the fight to their territory.
