The United States has laws on the books that prohibit organized crime. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) was passed in 1970, originally to target the Mafia.
The laws were used to break up and prosecute the Italian mafia through the 1970s and 1980s.
Today, there is a new mafia in town: Black Live Matters is engaging in criminal activity across the country, and they are extorting the federal government and society for political payoffs – OR ELSE.
As one Black Lives Matter radical named Hawk Newsome (yes, that’s “Hawk” not “Hank”), president for Greater New York Black Lives Matter, said on Tucker Carlson: “If this country doesn’t give us what we want, then we will burn down this system and replace it…I could be speaking figuratively, I could be speaking literally. It’s a matter of interpretation.”
What started as a patchwork, ragtag group of activists protesting police violence against African Americans (founded in 2013 after the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of African-American teen Trayvon Martin) has morphed into a nationwide, domestic terrorist organization that commits violence in the name of peace.
With chapters across the country — including in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Oklahoma City, New Jersey, San Diego, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Denver, the Hudson Valley, and Vancouver, Washington — Black Lives Matter is looking more and more like organized crime.
Right now, Black Lives Matter is organizing efforts around the United States to engage in criminal activity causing loss of life, loss of property, and loss of income. The leaders of Black Lives Matter says that this country “should be burned down” if we don’t adhere to every one of their demands.
Representatives such as Arizona’s Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) have called on federal prosecutors to use the RICO laws against Black Lives Matter.
While Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) has identified Black Lives Matter as a key player in a “Marxist crime wave” that is part of a nationwide plot to create a “Bolshevik” style revolution in America.
“This kind of insurrections can start small,” said Gohmert, who linked isolated socialist uprising in Venezuela, the Soviet Union, and China, which would later break out into full-fledged communist revolution killing millions.
Over the past year, Black Lives Matter has been busy burning down cities – and collecting donations (read: ransom payments) to the tune of $90 million. Prior to 2020, Black Lives Matter didn’t do much in the way of fundraising, but millions have now been pumped into Black Lives Matter, with the funding largely spurred by the George Floyd protests (read: riots).
While U.S. cities and small businesses suffered hundreds of millions in property damage, Black Lives Matter raked in one hundred million.
What’s Black Lives Matter doing with all this money?
Like any good crime family, they’re hoarding it for themselves.
In a press release, Michael Brown, Sr., the father of the 18-year-old who was shot and killed in Ferguson, Missouri, in 2014 asked “Where is all that money going?”
“Who are they giving [the money] to, and what are they doing with it?” Brown continued. “Why hasn’t my family’s foundation received any assistance from the movement? How could you leave the families who are helping the community without any funding?”
Brown and a collection of African American activists are calling on Black Lives Matter to relinquish some of their ill-gotten gains to the very families and communities who have experienced the tragedies they are fundraising off of.
Of the $90-plus million raised last year, Black Lives Matter claimed that $8.4 million was spent on expenses (read: buying baseball bats to smash in store windows and supplies to make Molotov cocktails). Another $21.7 million was spent by Black Lives Matter for “grants” to left-wing activists and local Black Lives Matter groups (or, what some would call “domestic terrorism networks”).
As of now, Black Lives Matter is sitting on around $60 million in unspent cash.
America is a country of laws. Right now, Black Lives Matter is flouting the law and making crime pay.
