Ever since Obama took office, American mainstream media has aimed at conservatives and given a pass to ANTIFA, the left, and anyone who opposes the right. Bonus points if this is done while being a minority as well. As this wages on, the American people have suffered greatly from the out-of-balance media coverage and slant in their writing. In turn, this has leaked over to the punishments for crimes.
After the invitation into the Capital building via wide opened doors from Capital guards, QAnon Shaman Jacob Chansley got 41 months behind bars for ‘obstructing a federal proceeding’. This is despite his not committing any acts of violence, not putting anyone at risk of harm, or wielding and weapons. Viewed largely as a ‘victory’ by the left and the rest of the progressive chuckleheads, the Democrats saw this as proof that you cannot violate the sanctity of their offices, and you cannot take things over for your vices.
However, there is now a contrasting story to go along with this as an openly left-wing and card-carrying ANTIFA member Thomas Starks attacked the federal office of Senator John Hoeven (R-ND) in downtown Fargo with an ax back on December 21st, 2020. As per the usual, the mainstream media gave this little to no coverage as it doesn’t fit their narrative of where the problems start. Quite honestly, it wasn’t given much if any press until Tucker Carlson brought it up on his show with Fox’s Bill Melugin. In turn, he got no jail time, paid a fine of $2,784, and some probation. The FBI even gave the ax back!!
Yet that’s not the most surprising fact of this case. North Dakota Democrats donated to this man’s defense fund via GoFundMe. Per PJ Media “Democrat Party Executive Committee Representative Ellie Shockley donated $100, Democratic-Non Partisan League (NPL) Chairwoman Kylie Oversen also gave $100, and Ellen Chaffee, the Democrat candidate for lt. governor in 2012, gave $500.” This is insulting enough on the surface, but when you consider Kyle Rittenhouse had his shut down despite his fund being for self-defense…something just doesn’t add up.
As you would assume, the Republicans are not in favor of this tactic; and rightfully so. Paying the legal bills of someone who has committed terrorist actions against a sitting US Senator is atrocious. When that funding is coming directly from people employed as members of the Democratic party is even worse. Especially when you consider that your taxes contribute to their salary; thus making you a contributor to domestic terrorism via trickle-down economics that they left love to claim work.
This is a clear violation of equal treatment when the law is broken. People like Kyle Rittenhouse, and QAnon Shaman Jacob Chansley have been banned from online fundraising despite one acting in self-defense, and one going in when welcomed in with open arms. Both have been vilified in the media, and both have been made to seem like the poster children for what is wrong with America.
Somehow this ax-wielding ANTIFA member can openly post how anti-conservative he is, and how he will stop at nothing to topple the right, and still get donations from the public. He can receive money from the Democratic party’s members, get the ax back from his crimes (after being convicted), and face no jail time. There is something seriously wrong with this picture. From the slant of the American media to the actions of the American justice system, there is a lot that needs to be fixed here, and the longer we take to stand up for true equality to come back the worse we shall be as a Nation. This division is slowly rotting away at America from the inside. When will things finally get right, and when will we focus on the true enemy and not our neighbors?
