Sex, Politics, and the Tangled Web They Weave…Biden’s Justice Department Is Having a Field Day in Florida

Though they shouldn’t, sex and politics go together like a horse and carriage. When a politician is accused of an inappropriate gesture, comment, and/or, God forbid, groping, the media goes wild. By the time the case reaches trial the accused is so battered and bruised they barely have enough strength left within to state their innocence. And in many cases, they are, in fact, innocent.

Because the majority of the media is overwhelmingly liberal, it only stands to reason how they pay much better attention when a Republican lawmaker gets hit with a sexual accusation. Such is the case with the highly conservative and well-respected congressional Republican lawmaker, Matt Gaetz.

The Justice Department is looking into an allegation concerning one of Gaetz’s past relationships that he denies ever having. Just for the record, Gaetz remains a close ally of Donald Trump. Things that make you go, hmmm…

Gaetz is accused of having a long-term fling with a 17-year-old girl from his home state of Florida. Because the girl claims Gaetz paid her to accompany him on business trips he’s facing possible charges of violating federal sex trafficking laws. This could equate to him serving hard prison time if convicted.

Though the investigation has been ongoing for almost a year, it was kept under wraps until a source, who for safety concerns will not reveal her name, went to the media with the story. Gaetz has been aware of it for months so it was no secret to him.

Now, with things being out in the open and the Biden administration at the helm, the Justice Department has expanded their investigation to see if perhaps this 38-year-old alleged perv was messing around with any other underage girls. If you’re gonna crucify a conservative Trump ally, do it right. Who knows when the chance might come again.

Gaetz hasn’t been taking any of this lightly. He and his family have been fully cooperative, and he claims to be the victim of an extortion plot orchestrated by an ex-Justice Department official with a grudge. “Over the past several weeks my family and I have been victims of an organized criminal extortion involving a former DOJ official seeking $25 million while threatening to smear my name,” he said.

Gaetz added, “No part of the allegations against me are true, and the people pushing these lies are targets of the ongoing extortion investigation. I believe that there are people at the Department of Justice who are trying to criminalize my sexual conduct, you know when I was a single guy.”

Gaetz doesn’t deny his fervent playboy lifestyle as a single guy and why should he? “I have definitely, in my single days, provided for women I’ve dated,” he said. “You know, I’ve paid for flights, for hotel rooms. I’ve been, you know, generous as a partner. I think someone is trying to make that look criminal when it is not.”

The investigation into Gaetz runs deeper than what meets the eye. People familiar with how the case is being handled say it’s merely part of a much larger probe into the sexual misconduct of other Republican lawmakers in Florida. Former state tax collector Joel Greenburg was indicted last summer for sex trafficking and for stalking a political opponent to dig up dirt.

Though Greenburg had been released, he was very recently arrested for violating the terms of his probation and is back in lockup. Again. Hmmm… Who else might the Biden boys be looking into? DeSantis? Scott? They’re probably even checking out Pam Bondi as long as they’re in there anyway. What the hey…

Just so everyone is fully aware, Gaetz has yet to be charged with one single thing even after almost a full year of trying to unearth what was never buried in the first place. But with the Justice Department being under new leadership and all, the plugs are being pulled. They’re sending in the heavy artillery.

If the Biden’s FBI can’t find anything this go-round they’ll at least make life miserable for those in their sites. In the meanwhile, Gaetz is doing his job the way he always has. He’s being cooperative knowing he has nothing to hide from anyone, not even his wife with whom he is very happily married. But he’s also shaking his head at the enormous amount of tax money that’s being wasted on this senseless investigation…You’re hard-earned money.

This may be regretted, but how do you feel about this? Are Gaetz and the others being set up to take a fall? We want to hear it from you.
